Dame Dash & Roc-A-Fella Settle ‘Reasonable Doubt’ NFT Lawsuit

Dame dash settled the lawsuit for Reasonable Doubt NFT filed with Jay Z and Roc-A-Fella Records. Dash and the Roc agreed that Dame has no legal right to sell his portion of the RAF INC. A legal agreement states that Reasonable Doubt includes all copyrights. 

I am not a shareholder or a member of RAF, Inc. RAF is a non-profit corporation. Cofounder of Roc A Faella admits he didn’t have a right to sell Jay-Z’s debut album. He also admitted that he did not have the right to buy a copy of ‘reasonable doubt’. 

Dame dash still has the right to sell his one-third in Roc-A-about. The original lawsuit was filed against Dame in June of 2021.  Dame and his lawyer, Alex Spiro, argued that Roc owned the rights to that album. 

Dame Dash challenges Jay Z & Biggs to ‘Talk Like Men’ over Reasonable Doubt. Dame’s attorneys found agreement with Roc-A-Fella this week and after the Roc guys threatened to resume the case.
