Some partner companies and celebrities who acquired the land have already been announced. The names of the companies are J&J Business Creation (a joint venture between JTB Corporation and JCB Corporation), Fuji Creative Corporation, Fujiland Corporation, and Pony Canyon Planning, while as for the celebrities, the names of the leading celebrities in each industry, including Noritake Kinashi, Lee Seung Gi, Kim Jae Jun, Tomomi Morisaki, and Shinji Takehara, are also drawing significant attention.
